Exhibition Information

The exhibition will run for the duration of the conference commencing on Monday 7th September 2015 and concluding at the end of afternoon tea on Wednesday 9th September 2015. Arrival tea & coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea, lunches and the welcome reception will be served in the exhibition area.

    National Convention Centre Deliveries
    - Goods will only be accepted between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, two working days prior to the event on Thursday 3 and/or Friday 4 September 2015.
    - NCC recommend all exhibitors to have their goods arranged to arrive at the Centre by Friday 4 September. Once the exhibition has been built on Sunday 6 September, their store person will deliver all received goods to the appropriate stands. If exhibitors miss the delivery date, they might not be able to receive their goods until Monday 7 September as some couriers do not deliver on a Sunday.
    - The Centre does not have a forklift on site but they have walk behind forklifts and pallet jacks. For all road cases or items arriving on pallets, the courier vehicle/trucks must have a tail gate in order to offload the goods from the truck.

    Exhibition App Game Prizes

    An app based game will be run to encourage delegates to visit and interact with the exhibition. The Organising Committee appreciated donations of delegate prizes from the exhibiting companies for this game. The prizes will be drawn in the Closing Plenary on Wednesday 9th September 2015.     Terms and Conditions for Sponsors and Exhibitors

    Changes to the Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors and Sponsors

    Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions for Sponsors and Exhibitors.

    Conference Design will email sponsors and exhibitors of any significant changes to the sponsorship and exhibition packages, the exhibition floor plan or these terms and conditions. Significant changes will be emailed to the relevant sponsors and exhibitors. Minor changes will be updated on the web site without notice.

    Cancellation or Postponement of the Conference

    Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event of the conference being cancelled or postponed due to an unforeseen event or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.

    An unforeseen event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.

    In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed refunds will not be issued. All available funds will be credited towards a future conference held by the hosting organisation.


    When booking a sponsorship package or exhibition booth please appoint and advise a single point of contact. All information including sponsorship, exhibition, registration, function and accommodation bookings will be recorded under the one name. All confirmations and notices will be sent to this person.

    Exhibition Floor Plan

    The exhibition floor plan is subject to change without notice. The floor plan is not to an exact scale, but accurately represents the relevant positions of booths.

    Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee will allocate site positions after taking into account each organisation's sponsorship, the date of confirmation of participation, preferences, proximity to competitors and any other relevant matters deemed appropriate.


    AUD and GST

    All costs are inclusive of GST and are in Australian Dollars.


    The conference and exhibition will not have designated security personnel. No valuable items should be left unattended at your booth at any time and especially not overnight.

    No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials

    Cancellation of Sponsorship and Exhibition Bookings

    Cancellation of a sponsorship or exhibition booking must be advised in writing to Conference Design.

    Cancellations received up to121 prior to the Conference will receive a refund of any payments, less the non-refundable 50% deposit paid to confirm the sponsorship or exhibition booking. Cancellations received on or after 120 days prior to the Conference will will not receive a refund.


    Anyone from your Organisation attending the conference or guests you wish to invite to the Conference must register with Conference Design before the conference. An official conference name badge will be required to access the conference and exhibition area.

    Signs and Banners

    No signs or banners may be affixed to the venue and should be free standing, pop-up banners to allow for easy placement.

    Damage to the Venue

    The cost to repair any damage to the venue deemed to have been caused by your staff, contractors, agents or guests will be the sole responsibility of your organisation.


    There is limited storage on site for exhibition equipment or packaging.


    Conference Design Pty Ltd and the organising committee do not accept any loss for late or undelivered material even where your Organisation has used a recommended supplier.


    All exhibitors must have public liability insurance for the period of the exhibition. ANZSN will not be responsible for any loss or injury that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees registrants, the public or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during and the subsequent period of the meeting. Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless ANZSN from all liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from any cause resulting to or connected with the transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.


    Every effort has been made to present, as accurately as possible, all the information contained in this brochure. The Organising Committee and ANZSN act only to procure and arrange these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers.

    No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy, nor for delay or damage, including personal injury or death, howsoever caused resulting from or arising out of reliance upon any general or specific information published in this brochure. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to change any or all of these details.

    Custom Stands

    All custom stands must fit within the purchased floor area and at the correct dimensions. Custom stands must not exceed 4.0 metres high.

    All packing and transportation crates and containers must be stored offsite during the conference and you should arrange this with your courier.
